Nicholas Witter
Nick Witter has been a licensed insurance agent for 18 years. Shortly after graduating from the University of Iowa in 2003, he began his career in insurance sales as a representative for a major Medicare insurance carrier. During this time, he gained immense knowledge about Medicare and related products. This experience taught him the value of being able to offer products from multiple companies, so that he could match the right plan with a member’s needs. He joined with his wife, Carrie, in 2022 to create Witter Insurance.
Nick specializes in Medicare plans, but he is well versed in other insurance lines. He is able to assist with a wide variety of products and match them to clients’ individual needs and concerns.
Nick is personable, attentive and transparent with his clients. He strives to match the right plan for the right person. The client’s security, comfortability and happiness with their plan is always what is most important to him.
Carrie Witter
Carrie Witter has been an independent insurance advisor for 13 years. She has worked in the Healthcare and Insurance industry in Iowa, since graduating from the University of Iowa in 2001.
She specializes in all Medicare Health products for individuals. She also specializes in ACA products for clients looking for individual or family coverage.
Carrie focuses on providing honest, valuable, and clear information to her members to make sure that each member has the best plan to fit their needs. Carrie provides excellent customer service while members choose and enroll in a plan and with any questions or issues after enrollment.
Witter Insurance was formed by Nick and Carrie Witter. They are a Husband and Wife team that has over 30 years of combined insurance experience, knowledge, and training. They enjoy working with their clients to find the best possible plans to address their individual needs and concerns. Nick and Carrie like to meet with their clients in person, but they are experienced at working with their clients over the phone or virtually if that is their preference.
Witter Insurance specializes in Medicare products. However, they are well versed in other insurance products such as: health, life, annuity, long term care, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident, cancer, disability, travel, dental, vision, hearing, and much more. They use these various products to assist their clients with their unique and individual needs.
When not working to grow their company and assisting with their clients needs, you find them enjoying some of their favorite things. Topping that list is spending time with their two dogs Bailey and Tucker. They are active in many sports together such as volleyball, cycling, kayaking, and golf. Individually, Carrie is an avid runner and Nick likes to spend time in the outdoors hunting and fishing. You will also find they are avid gardeners and even help at a seasonal greenhouse. You can also ask them for tips and recipes on everything from canning and baking to grilling and smoking. They are a team both professionally and personally.
