After 33 years of being in the health insurance industry I officially retired March 1 2023. So, who would a retired health insurance agent trust with her health insurance decisions going forward?   I selected Carie Witter as my Medicare supplement insurance agent after interviewing a number of agents when I was turning 65. Six years later I know I made a very wise choice with Carrie. Carrie is proactive. I do not call her when October arrives as she is the one calling to suggest potential changes for better service and/or monetary savings. She is more than willing to visit our home to thoroughly explain the various options and at the same time listen to our needs. Carrie makes it a priority to know my medical background so she can help me make the best supplement decisions. She is personable and makes you feel like family as she genuinely wants you to have the best care and at the best premium cost. Like a family member, when on occasion I can't reach her, I have received responses back later that day or even at night. Her response has never been the next day unless she is researching an answer for me. I have recommended Carrie to my siblings and friends. She is the best!

 We have been relying on Nick and Carrie for Medicare related insurance advice for more than ten years. They make sure we are enrolled in the best plans for our needs. Since I receive my primary medical care through the Veterans Administration, I have recently enrolled in one of the Veteran focused plans. This Veteran's plan allows for needed coverage, reduced Medicare premiums, and includes those Part C benefits we use: gym membership, dental benefits, over the counter products, and healthy habits incentive program. Highly recommend it!

 We have relied on Nick and Carrie's advice for close to 15 years. They helped us before we were on Medicare with different insurance policies to make sure we were well protected. Now that we are on Medicare, they have helped us find plans to take care of our needs. My Husband has been very happy with his Medicare Advantage plan. I thought that I would enroll in the same Medicare Advantage plan that my Husband did, but Nick and Carrie guided me to a Medicare Supplement plan that was better for the coverage I needed. They listen to what you need, and find the right plan. We have referred them to many of our friends.
